Include BRIEF account deletion in your message and enough detail that we can verify ownership (for example the phone number or email tied to your login). We process verified requests without undue delay, subject to reasonable retention for legal, security, or fraud-prevention needs.

What we may hold

The BRIEF mobile app may store data on your device (for example local history) and send requests to our services when you use features like voice enrichment. Once you delete your account where that applies, we align backend and provider data (including authentication partners) with your request and applicable law.
